Delivery costs vary with the weight and size of the product ordered. If more than one item is ordered the cost of delivery will be based on the bigger of the items. Delivery costs are based on addresses on the UK mainland.

Despatch of your product should take place within 24 hours of receiving web or phone orders paid for by card. If payment is by cheque, dispatch will occur once the payment has cleared (generally 7-10 days).

Delivery will normally take 2-5 working days after you have received your dispatch notification. All delivery times are subject to stock levels.

RETURNS

All products sold by Hot Dog surf on-line are of the highest quality and inspected before leaving the premises. In the unlikely event of you needing to return a product please follow the steps outlined below.

1. Products can be returned up to 14 days from date of invoice.
2. All returns must be in SALEABLE condition with all labels intact and include appropriate packaging. GOODS THAT ARE SOILED IN ANY WAY will not be accepted.
3. To return goods please e-mail us at admin@hotdogsurf.com for a returns number.
4. All parcels must have a RETURNS NUMBER clearly printed on the parcel.
5. All returning goods are your responsibility so we strongly advise you to use a returns method that will require a signature as proof of delivery.

All return postage is your responsibility, however we will reimburse postage on any goods that are found to be faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
