Delivery areas and charges

We offer UK delivery on eligible items. Standard UK shipping is £3.50, with free shipping on eligible orders over £100. Available delivery options and the final charge are shown at checkout. Surfboard delivery is arranged separately.

Standard international shipping is £14.99 to supported EU destinations and £23.99 to other supported international destinations. Availability and charges for your address are shown at checkout.

Dispatch and tracking

Our same-day dispatch cut-off is 2pm UK time. We use Royal Mail for standard parcel deliveries. Dispatch is not the same as delivery; arrival times depend on the service and destination. Where tracking is available, use the tracking details supplied for your order to follow your parcel.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please email Surfhotdog@gmail.com with your order number so we can look into it.

Surfboards and bulky items

Surfboards are not covered by our standard parcel shipping rates. Please contact us at Surfhotdog@gmail.com for surfboard delivery enquiries. We may be able to deliver within a reasonable distance. Delivery availability, handling arrangements and any charge must be agreed with us before delivery is arranged.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available at 26 Pennard Road, Kittle, Swansea, Wales, SA3 3JG. Select pickup at checkout where available. The estimated preparation time is 24 hours; please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.

Store opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30am–5pm; Sunday, 10am–4pm.
